My iTunes:  Her Diamonds by Rob Thomas

Hey everyone!  I have so much to share and not enough time to do it!  Hopefully, I will soon get the hang of blogging AND working AND mothering!  I wanted to share this shoot with you all.

I am very fond of three’s.  I am the third child.  My husband is the third child.  I have three children.  That being said, I cannot begin to imagine three daughters!  One girl keeps me busy enough!  YIKES!  These cuties were wonderful and so full of personality!  We spent a lot of the time playing and getting lots of candids but I knew mom wanted one of the three of them at some point in the session.  It wasn’t easy to get these girls to sit in one place all together but eventually we were able to bribe enough to get our way…I can’t remember if it was the goldfish or what that finally did the trick!

Their mom won this photo shoot with me at an auction.  Thanks Sandy for your bid and I  hope that you will love your pictures!

Lots more posts to come soon!

My iTunes:  There’s Hope by India.Arie

I have been a VERY bad girl. NO posting in awhile…I have been too busy!  I guess that is a wonderful problem to have these days!  I feel like I am going from shoot to shoot all the time right now.  Thanks to Mark for getting me to sit down and start posting again!

Meet Caroline.  She’s a senior and I did her pics this week.  These are just a few favorites of mine I wanted to share.  She’s just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside.  We had so much fun wandering the streets of Decatur and finding places to shoot.  I love the happiness in the photographs.  She brought family along for the shoot (mom, aunt, little brothers…) which made it even more fun for all of us.  From what I have heard since her family has seen these pics is that I captured “her” that day.  I am thrilled.  I long to capture who I am shooting, not just a photograph.

In her, I see joy…what do you see in Caroline?  Do tell.
