Happy Father’s Day!

I am missing my father very much today but I am looking forward to seeing him next week when I make a trip to Kentucky. I am combining business and pleasure on my trip so if anyone is interested in a shoot make sure to contact me before I leave next Monday.

Just above is Leah. You may remember her and her brother from a post a few months ago. You will be able to watch her grow here over the next year since I will be photographing her every few months. I thought this would be great for Father’s Day since I snapped a few with their dad during our session. She is one cute kid…I am 99% sure she gets it from her older brother. Lucky girl.

Hey y’all! My accent comes out every now and then (perfect for this post)!

What can I say about Kentucky girls? First of all, I am one. They can roll around in the dirt and then dress up for the Derby. Gotta love it. A girl can be whoever she wants! Meet Parker and Elizabeth. I was able to photograph these two sisters when I was visiting home last time. We had a great time! We went out to a neighbors farm and just hung out and played. These are just a few of my favorites from the day. I am headed back to Louisville in just a few weeks and I am booking sessions! Contact me if you are interested in a session!

little miss emerson. take two.

See little Miss. Emerson. You may recognize her. I photographed her when she was a few weeks old next to the guitar and on the bench. Feel free to look back and see how she has grown! Emerson got all dressed in her christening gown and bonnet….what a model! And look at that green chair below….it was so fun! She’s also at the age of cooing and laughing which I (and my camera) LOVE. She’s so precious!

I hope you have been enjoying the posts. I have much more to share with you in time. The summer has gotten booked and busy which I am enjoying. Between weddings, kids and other shoots I am thoroughly enjoying the days as they pass by. I hope you all are enjoying your summer and all that come with it!
