My iTunes:  Lead Me To the Cross by Hillsong United

Today was just a great day.  Through Facebook I have been able to reconnect with many high school friends.  One of those friends came through Atlanta with her family and we spent the day together.  It was just so fun.  We had not seen each other in about 13 years.  We met at church this morning and then we spent the day hanging out and catching up.  She has hired me to do a photo session when I go to Louisville next week and I really looking forward to seeing her and her family again.

Meet Madeleine.  This is Jane’s daughter.  I snapped a few shots of her this afternoon with her pretty pink hat she just got at Old Navy.  So cute.  Her brother was busy playing with the dogs in the backyard so I will make sure to get plenty of him next time!  Heath, your time is coming!  Jane and Kelly, it was so fun and Madeleine….thanks for being such a willing model!  See you all soon and have a great vacation!

My iTunes:  Come and Listen by David Crowder Band

This have been an incredibly busy week which has been good.  I have had lots of work and editing keeping me busy.  I had this newborn shoot a few weeks back with little Peyton.  What a cutie!  So tiny…you really do forget how small they are when you have young boys and a teenage girl!

I hope you all enjoy these images.  We had some fun and when he was done…he let us know (see pic just  below..)!

Have a great weekend everyone!

My iTunes:  There’s Only One (Holy One) by Caedmon’s Call

Hey everyone!  I told you that I would be posting more of these Guatemala pics as the weeks went on…there are so many!  These are a just a few more of the day.  The weather was incredible and well, the setting was indescribable.  Several of my favorites from the day are included here.  The unforgettable image of Aracely dancing with her father below is one that will stay with me forever.  He was so emotional all day long and for the most part I gave him privacy.  It isn’t easy seeing your daughter get married but knowing she will soon be leaving Guatemala and living in America must be extremely hard.  This shot summed all those feelings quite nicely.

Steve and Aracely, thanks so much for letting me be a part of such a wonderful day!
